What we collect, and what we do with it.
The short version: we collect only what you type into our two forms, we use it to send you what you asked for, and we never sell it.
Who we are
VisibleRev, 4327 S Hwy 27 #632, Clermont, FL 34711. Email hello@visiblerev.com or call (813) 738-3683 with any question about this policy or your information.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through a form on this site:
- The free audit form: your name, email, business name, website, industry, the cities you serve, your services, and anything you write in the description box.
- The monthly AI shortlist report signup: your email, and your firm's name if you add it.
Both forms also record how you reached the page (for example, the link or campaign you clicked), so we know which of our reports and emails people find useful.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your audit request and run the audit for your business.
- To send the monthly report to people who signed up for it.
- To follow up, by email or phone, with people who asked for an audit or signed up for the report.
- To answer questions you send us.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Who handles it for us
- Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, and YouTube plays our videos in its privacy-enhanced mode. Your browser contacts them when a page or video loads.
Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. We share your form information with no one else, except where the law requires it.
Emails from us
If you sign up for the monthly report, you get one email a month. Every email carries our mailing address and a way to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe at any time, email hello@visiblerev.com with the subject "Unsubscribe", or reply "unsubscribe" to any report. We stop within 10 business days, usually the same day.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@visiblerev.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across other websites, so a browser's "Do Not Track" setting changes nothing about how this site works.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
